The end of September kept a summer feel in Albertville. Our weather station (a Davis Vantage Vue at 355 m) did not record a drop of rain between 26 and 30 September, with afternoons between 24.8 and 28.4 °C. Our records begin on the morning of 26 September, so we cannot say exactly how long it had been dry.

The weather changed on Thursday 1 October: 13.2 mm of rain over the day, and the maximum dropped back to 23.4 °C.
